Outsourcing4work began its inspirational journey in Germany almost 30 years ago. Today we have evolved into a diverse team of 200+ employees living and working remotely in over 20 countries worldwide. We were pushed into the remote working model by circumstances surrounding our founder’s health and have been operating remotely for over 10 years now. In the last couple of years, when the world was scrambling to crack remote work, we sailed through this turbulent era seamlessly because we had already mastered this work style and established ourselves as ‘Remote Gurus’. Now we guide other companies in the placement of remote IT professionals and in the fields of digital marketing, recruitment process outsourcing, and business process outsourcing. In order to render these services, we follow agile work methodology which offers flexible processes and delivers speedy results.
To ensure smooth cooperation between people and companies across the globe, our operational model is designed to bridge linguistic, cultural, and work ethics related gaps. We draw on our extensive outsourcing experience to match our clients’ requirements with the optimal combination of talent, quality and choice of location; which creates a significant cost advantage. By building upon our work philosophy and unique value proposition, we are continually able to ‘Create Remote Solutions Anywhere’.
We respect and appreciate differences in age, gender, ethnicity, education, physical abilities, race, and religion among individuals.
We follow a preemptive work approach. We think, understand, and act quickly and easily in response to change or challenge.
We follow a futuristic way of working, not bound by traditional ways. We think about the future, anticipate future consequences, and plans ahead before acting.
We are always honest and have consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.
We provide flexibility to our employees & customers.
Our CEO, K. Nadeem Arif, was born in Lahore (Pakistan) in 1969. He lived there until 1984 after that he moved to Sweden in 1985. Since then, he has been residing in Germany and is a German citizen. In 2007, he fell ill with a rare disease and is no longer as mobile. As a result, unfortunately he can no longer travel to Pakistan. Given the circumstances, the particular challenge for him is to achieve this project working from his bed in Germany.
Our CEO lived in Pakistan briefly during his childhood years and has a strong connection to it. He has dealt intensively with Pakistan over the years, and came to find that the country has enormous potential but faces a lack of available professional jobs. So, he is trying to rectify the situation by creating professional job opportunities in Pakistan. His goal is to establish an infrastructure and jobs in Pakistan, that’s why we have come up with a plan to accomplish all that. We feel it is high time to get this project in motion.
We previously attempted to start this project back in 2008, but sadly our CEO was struck with a debilitating illness that now prevents him from travelling at all. 2008 was the last time he was able to visit Pakistan. At the time, he managed to visit the relevant ministries in Islamabad and had even opened a small office with around 5 employees in Pakistan. In Germany, he visited the Pakistani ambassador in Berlin regarding this project. But since then, his illness has continued to worsen, and he faced great upheavals in his life as well as in his business as a result of this. It was inevitable that at the time circumstances led him to put this project on back burner. Over time, he has learned to manage his illness and is resuming the Pakistan project. We too, believe that it is the right time to begin implementing our plans.
